Predictive Modeling to Assess Gentrification Susceptibility
I started researching gentrification susceptibility during my time in the Certificate in Geographic Information Systems program at The University of Washington-Tacoma. The results of that work can be viewed in the poster below.
I continued researching this topic during my Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies program and developed a tool that utilizes the Python 3.6 programming language to allow the user to quickly and autonomously determine gentrification susceptibility anywhere in the United States.
